Popularly known as Tiger's Nest and it was founded by Guru Rinpochoe in 7th century. It was believed that, Guru flew from Singye Dzong to Takstang by riding on a female tigress. Later it became popular as meditation center and a temple was built by Desi Tenzin Rabgye in 1692. This place is a popular pilgrimage site and tourist attraction. The breathe-taking view will captivate your soul. The photo was taken when I was going with my guest as a guide.

Every year in Bhutanese house, people do the annual ritual called as Lochoe. It is a very important ritual of the year to thank the deities and triple gem for protecting and helping us.
Towards the end of the ritual, there is one special ritual called as Yang-gu (Wealth ritual). During that time, one person from the family must take the seat of Yang ge Aup or Aum. I once took the seat of Yang ge Aup and it is believed that the person taking the seat will be able to accumulate abundance wealth in the year. Let's see hehe!
